You can follow this article if you want to show the Archives of a module to the public.
Important Note:
These instructions may vary, based on the module.
By default, this feature is active for News Flash and Alert Center.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner
Blog, Notify Me, and News Flash Instructions
Open the module where you want to show your Archives for
Select Choose an Action and then Properties next to your category
Locate and select the Show Archives drop-down menu and choose Yes
Scroll to the top and click Save or Save Changes, depending on the module
Agenda Center, Alert Center, Calendar, and Jobs Instructions
Open the module where you want to show your Archives for
Select the category
Click Actions
Select Modify
Scroll down and select Show Archives
Scroll to the top and click Save or Save Changes, depending on the module
