Export Rosters by Activity

This article will show you how to view and export rosters for an Activity.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Important Note:

Municipal Websites Central does not have a "Shopping Cart" for the Facilities or Activities module. This means you cannot bulk register or reserve in the module, you will need to do one registration/reservation at a time. For this functionality, please review our Recreation Management solution.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:

  3. Select the category:The back-end of the Activities module with the National Park category highlighted.

  4. Click Actions next to the activity:The back-end of the Activities module with the Actions menu highlighted for a session (Hiking).

  5. Select View All Rosters:The back-end of the Activities module with a Session's Actions menu expanded and the View Roster option highlighted.

  6. View participant names and select Export Roster:The back-end of the Activities module with a roster open for viewing and the Export Roster button highlighted.

  7. Select the checkboxes to include participant fields in the roster:The Export Roster dialog box with checkboxes for participant data fields to export.

  8. Select Export to export the roster:The Export Roster dialog box with the Export button highlighted.

  9. The roster will download as a CSV file:The Export Roster dialog box of the Activities module and an exported CSV file highlighted.
