Generate and Export a Session Roster

This article will show you how to view and export a roster for a Session in the Activities module.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:

  3. Select the category:The back-end of the Activities module with the National Park category highlighted.

  4. Click Actions next to the session:The back-end of the Activities module with the Actions menu of a session highlighted.

  6. Select Generate Roster to generate an HTML roster:The View Roster screen of the Activities module with the Generate Roster button highlighted.

  7. Select the checkboxes to include participant fields in the roster:The Generate Roster dialog window with the checkboxes to select fields to add to the roster highlighted.

  8. Select Generate to generate the roster:The Generate Roster dialog box of the Activities module with the Generate button highlighted.

  9. View the roster in a new tab:The HTML roster generated by the Generate Roster function within the Activities module.

  10. To export the roster, select Export Roster:The Export Roster button of the Activities module.

  11. Select the checkboxes to include participant fields in the roster:The Export Roster dialog box with checkboxes for participant data fields to export.

  12. Select Export to export the roster:The Export Roster dialog box with the Export button highlighted.

  13. The roster will download as a CSV file:The SessionRoster CSV format file exported by the Activities module Session Roster.
