Generate and Export a Session Roster

This article will show you how to view and export a roster for a Session in the Activities module.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Activities:The expanded Modules menu, with the Activities module selected.

  3. Select the category:A list of Activities module categories, with one highlighted.

  4. Click Actions next to the session:A category's highlighted Actions menu.

  5. Select View Roster:A category's Action menu, with 'View Roster' selected.

  6. Select Generate Roster to generate an HTML roster:The session roster with its 'Generate Roster button highlighted.

  7. Select the checkboxes to include participant fields in the roster:The pop-up 'Generate Roster' message with several fields selected.

  8. Select Generate to generate the roster:The pop-up 'Generate Roster' message with it 'Generate' button highlighted.

  9. View the roster in a new tab:Roster in new tab.

  10. To export the roster, select Export Roster:The session roster with its 'Export Roster' button highlighted.

  11. Select the checkboxes to include participant fields in the roster:The pop-up 'Export Roster' message with several checkboxes highlighted.

  12. Select Export to export the roster:The pop-up 'Generate Roster' message with it 'Export' button highlighted.

  13. The roster will download as a CSV file:The downloaded session roster file in the browser.
