This article will show you how to use Move Mode in the Staff Directory to re-order staff or departments.
Important Note:
If the employees are part of the department and do not show on the site-map version of the staff directory, the Show Items in Categories setting will need to be turned on in order to move staff.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner
Instructions
Go to s and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory
Hover over the employee you want to reorder and select Move
Hover over the staff member you would like the selected name to be near and choose to insert the item above or below
Insert Above: Will insert the selected name above the hovered name
Insert Below: Will insert the selected name below the hovered name
View the new order
