Reorder Staff

This article will show you how to move staff members or departments in the Staff Directory.

Important Note:

If the employees are part of the department and do not show on the site-map version of the staff directory, the Show Items in Categories setting will need to be turned on in order to move staff.Show Items in Categories checkbox on Staff Directory preferences.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Go to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory Navigation menu showing various content modules including highlighted Staff Directory option.

  3. Hover over the staff member you want to reorder and select Move The Move option in the drop-down menu next to a staff member.

  4. Hover over the staff member you would like the selected name to be near and choose to insert the item above or below Insert Item Above or Below in the Staff Directory.

    • Insert Above: Will insert the selected name above the hovered name

    • Insert Below: Will insert the selected name below the hovered name

  5. View the new order The new order of staff members in the Staff Directory.
