Set Calendar Category Permissions

This article will show you how to set Calendar permissions on a category level.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator | Owner

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select CalendarModules tab with Calendar selected.

  3. Select your desired category Select your calendar.

  4. Click Actions next to the category name Actions button.

  5. Select ModifyActions menu modify.

  6. Scroll to Permissions and check or uncheck the appropriate permissions for groups Permissions checkboxes

    • V (View): Only has viewing rights

    • A (Author): Can create and edit unpublished items, needs publishing from a Publisher or Owner

    • P (Publisher): Can create and edit items, has publishing power

    • O (Owner): Full rights to the category

  7. Select Save ChangesSave changes button.
