This article will show you how to change the default view options for Agendas and Items in the Agenda Center.
Important Note:
Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.
Who can use this feature?
System Administrator
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > Agenda Center
Select the Settings (gear) icon
Set the default preferences
Sort Agendas By:
Description: Sort Agendas in alphabetical order beginning with the first word of the description (descriptions that begin with numbers will be at the top)
Date: Sort Agendas by date
Status: Sort Agendas by status
Agenda Sort Order
Sort Ascending: Sort Agendas by oldest to newest
Sort Descending: Sort Agendas by newest to oldest
Sort Items By
Name: Sort Items by alphabetical order
Meeting Date: Sort Items by meeting date
Status: Sort Items by status
Item Sort Order
Sort Ascending: Sort Agendas by oldest to newest
Sort Descending: Sort Agendas by newest to oldest
Display Agendas
Only Mine: Only view Agendas created by you
Published: Only view published/live Agendas
Draft: Only view draft/unpublished Agendas
Submitted: Only view submitted Agendas
Declined: Only view declined Agendas
Display Items
Only Mine: Only view Items created by you
Published: Only view published/live Items
Draft: Only view draft/unpublished Items
Submitted: Only view submitted Items
Declined: Only view declined Items
Display Categories
Published: Only view published/live Categories
Draft: Only view draft/unpublished Categories
Submitted: Only view submitted Categories
Declined: Only view declined Categories
Results Per Page: Choose to view 25, 50, 100, or 200 photos per page
Select Save Changes
