Discounts attach to various conditional fee discounts, such as local-Resident discounts, early registration discounts, manual/custom discounts, program registrations, or facility rentals.

When to Use
Discounts can be created and attached to Facilities, Sessions, and Point-of-Sale items to give qualified Users a reduced price. Some example uses for discounts can include:
City Employees
Seniors
Local Residents
Siblings
How to Apply
While learning how to utilize Discounts, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.

Consider any discounts you may have for facility rentals, memberships, and/or programs as well as Point-of-Sale items
Consider what Discount Type should be used for your discounts
Build applicable discounts for Facility Rentals
Build applicable discounts for Memberships and/or Programs
Build applicable discounts for Point of Sale items
