Tempus is one of the payment gateways supported by CivicPlus Payments. The following is information about the available features and how CivicPlus Payments and Tempus work with Recreation Management.

Important Note:
To increase security, CivicPlus has added managed challenges (CAPTCHA) to Payments. Before reaching the hosted payment form, may see a security screen like the one that follows:
Checkout Process: Internal
Internal eCommerce
On the Payment screen, select the Credit/Debit option

Review the Amount and click Continue to Payment

Overpayment: Select if the Amount listed is higher than the Total Charges.

Fill out the card information

Click Submit to complete the transaction

EMV
On the Payment screen, select the Credit/Debit option

Review the Amount and click Continue to Payment

Overpayment: Select if the Amount listed is higher than the Total Charges.
A Processing Charge screen will display; follow the instructions on your EMV device

Checkout Process: Public
Public eCommerce
On the Payment screen, review the charges and select Continue to Payment

Before reaching the hosted payment form, you may see a security screen like the one that follows:

Fill out the card information

Click Submit to complete the transaction

Checkout Process: Public Mobile View
Public Mobile eCommerce
Click Checkout in the cart

On the Payment screen, select Continue to Payment

Save Card: This option will be selected by default, uncheck if you do not wish to save the payment method for future use.
Before reaching the hosted payment form, you may see a security screen like the one that follows:

Fill out the payment details

Click Submit to complete the transaction
