This article walks through how to set up the integration between Process Automation and Digital Services and Recreation Management. This Advanced Fillable Forms integration allows you to add your forms to the checkout process for Facilities and Activity Sessions in Recreation Management.

Configure the Integration in Process Automation

  1. Create an App
    The Manage button on the Rec Management Integration app card.

  2. Create or Edit an Existing Form
    Form creation interface showing options for private and public access settings.

    Note:

    Forms for the Recreation Management integration must be set as Private.

  3. Associate the App to the Form
    The Rec Management Integration app selected on the form Settings tab.

  4. Add a Recreation Management Event to a Form
    Form fields for Recreation Management event type and conditional environment settings.
