Released Enhancements

Staff User Migration to CivicPlus Single Sign-On

Staff users have been migrated to CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) to provide a unified login experience across the platform. Upon their first sign-in following this migration, staff members will be prompted to set a new password through the CivicPlus authentication service. This change ensures that staff accounts are integrated with the centralized identity management system while maintaining their existing access to SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

Clarified Profile Management Messaging

The User Preferences and Member Edit pages now include informational messaging clarifying that profile details such as name, email, and password are managed through CivicPlus Account Service. This change provides direct links to the account service and explains why certain fields are disabled within SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

Category Configuration YAML Export

Users with permission to edit agencies and categories can now export an individual agency/category configuration as a YAML file from the Request Categories page. This makes it easier to review, back up, or share category setup details without relying on internal SeeClickFix 311 CRM Admin access.

All-Agency Category Configuration YAML Export

The Request Categories page now includes an option to export category configuration for all agencies in one combined YAML file. This gives users a single organization-wide view of request types, category settings, and custom questions without downloading each agency’s configuration one at a time.

Removal of CivicPlus Single Sign-On Migration Tool

The CivicPlus Single Sign-On migration tool has been removed from the Organization Settings menu. This change streamlines the administrative interface by removing the legacy authentication migration page and its associated configuration options.
