Share a Saved Search

Once a search has been saved, an organization Owner can share it with other members.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Manage OrganizationThe User Profile dropdown menu with the Manage Organization option highlighted.

  3. Click Saved SearchesSaved Searches tab.

  4. This will provide a view of all the saved searches across every member of the organization; toggle the Share button to allow others to access a searchShare toggle.
