Share a Saved Search

Once a search has been saved, an organization Owner can share it with other members.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Manage Organization:The User Profile dropdown menu with the Manage Organization option highlighted.

  3. Click Saved Searches:The Requests section with the Saved Searches option highlighted.

  4. This will provide a view of all the saved searches across every member of the organization; toggle the Share button to allow others to access a search:The Saved Searches section with the Share toggle set to on and highlighted.
