Some geographies overlap, and issues that need to be routed to one organization end up in the hands of the incorrect organization. Use the following steps to transfer a Request from one organization to another.
Alternatively, you can also close the request that is in the incorrect organization and submit a new request to the correct organization.
Instructions
If the issue was reported to a service category in Organization A, they will need to recategorize the request to the "Post to neighbors" category:
Navigate to the Requests tab

Check the request

This will cause the request to become uncategorized, so it will be available for Organization B to access and recategorize:
On the Requests tab, select Post to Neighbors under Categories on the filter menu

Check the request and click Recategorize

From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate category

Click Update
