You can use timestamps in a video or audio recording to bookmark a specific part, allowing users to go straight to it during playback. There are two ways to manually timestamp media: Direct Add and through the Timestamps Window. Direct Add works if you already know where your timestamp is. You can use the Timestamps Window if you need to find your timestamp.
This article will show you how to use both Direct Add and the Timestamp Window to timestamp media on demand. To have the system automatically apply timestamps as part of your minutes, you will need to activate Auto Timestamps.

Important Note
A video or audio file must be generated by CivicPlus Media or manually uploaded to the system before you can add timestamps for on-demand playback.
