AI Generated Minutes creates AI summaries for each agenda section and item from a closed caption or Zoom transcript file. This article shows you how to start that process, either from the Events module or the Meetings module. Once your summaries are ready, you can review and edit them in the AI Minutes view.
Important Notes:
This feature is only available to organizations with AI Generated Minutes enabled. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to learn more.
Before you can generate AI summaries for meetings of a given type, AI Generated Minutes must be set up for that meeting type, including enabling it and selecting a reference example.
A meeting’s agenda must already be published to the Public Portal before you can generate AI summaries for its minutes.
