Change Staff Directory Permissions

This article will show you how to change the permissions at the module level in the Staff Directory. To assign permissions at the department level, you will need to modify an existing department.

Who can use this feature?

System Administrator  

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff DirectoryModules menu with Staff Directory selected.

  3. Select the Permissions tab at the top of the page to adjust permissions at a module level Permissions tab.

  4. Adjust the permissions as desired Staff directory permissions.

    • (V) View: Viewing rights only

    • (A) Author: Can create and edit items, cannot publish

    • (P) Publisher: Has publishing rights

    • (O) Owner: Has full rights to the category

  5. Select Save at the top of the page Save Button.
