This article will outline the process for creating an Agenda Packet in the Agenda Center. Agenda Packets include the meeting agenda as well as supporting documentation for each item in that agenda. The HTML version will treat the agenda packet as a web page and open it in a browser.
Important Note:
Do not check the Upload an agenda box when adding/modifying an agenda. This will remove any items added to the agenda and will not create an agenda packet.
The SVG file type is not supported in the Agenda Center. If an SVG file is used within the header of an agenda it will break the module.

Notes:
You can only add Approved Items to an agenda.
If you move items in the agenda, the attached documents move with it.
If you need to modify an item that has already been added to an agenda, you must first remove it from the agenda, modify it, and then re-add it to the agenda.
Once you have published the agenda, your packet will be automatically created.

If available, add Minutes to the Agenda

Simple Minutes: Select Upload minutes document to upload a file

Complex Minutes: Add minutes directly into the text box

Select the Agenda Packet link on the public page

Your Agenda Packet will open in a new tab
