The No User Required Waitlist allows you to set up a session that would automatically start with a waitlist. This allows you to create waitlist-only sessions for residents who want to be added to the waitlist before registration begins. This article will show you how to create a No User Required Waitlist.
Important Notes:
The No User Required Waitlist is not available for the Drop-In activity type.
If Daily Pricing or Weekly Pricing is enabled, waitlist options will not be available.
Once a waitlist is active, you can only enroll in the waitlist after that point. If the waitlist activates and some people un-enroll from the activity and take the number of participants below the maximum number, there is no effect. All subsequent registrations will go on the waitlist.
